Pick the language(s) for the exported manual. Bilingual renders each policy twice — English first, then Spanish, with small dividers. Spanish translations should be reviewed by a Spanish-speaking compliance professional before customer use.
Each policy has been drafted using non-absolute language — stating general expectations and driver responsibilities rather than mandates — so that the manual describes how driving is generally approached without creating inflexible standards. The library now includes around 70 pre-written policies covering common fleet, towing, construction, passenger, and specialty operations. Recommended tags reflect policies commonly considered given the operation profile. Policies marked Custom have been added through the Admin Panel.
